Josh Page brings a decade of commercial real estate experience to his role of managing Eastern Federal Corporation’s real estate assets. Most recently, Page served FCA Partners as Senior Asset Manager where he was responsible for maximizing the value of office and retail assets contained in the FCA Partners portfolio throughout the Southeast and Texas. Prior to joining FCA Partners, he was the Commercial Asset Manager for Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, Inc., a Spartanburg, SC based private investment company focused on real estate and energy.
After joining privately-held textile and chemical firm Milliken & Company in 2003 as an Information Technology Professional, Page began his commercial real estate career in 2007 as a Market Analyst & GIS Specialist for Pacolet Milliken Enterprises. In 2010, Page became the Commercial Asset Manager for Pacolet Milliken’s entire operating commercial real estate portfolio which had grown to over 1.5M SF by 2013.
Page holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with Operations Management and Information Systems concentrations from North Carolina State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
